The project
Working alongside the Sustainable Restaurant Association and ‘The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ we created a film showcasing the world’s greatest chefs as a celebration of sustainability in the restaurant business. It was shown on a purpose-built video wall at a prestigious award show, with many of those world-famous chefs in attendance. (Can you imagine how nervous the chef at that bash must have been?)
