Every brand expects agility, which is probably why every agency and production house promises it. But the reality is that there’s no magic switch you can flick to get everything moving twice as fast as it usually takes – not if you want the work to be any good that is.

We’ve worked with Ralph Lauren for a long time on a lot of projects, simply because we don’t just talk about agility, we create it.

Our approach

The Ralph Lauren brand is associated with a lot of high-profile events – galas, ceremonies and iconic global occasions. Naturally, they want to be able to bring their story from these events to their audiences, not in a week, but within a few hours.

Like we said, there’s no wizardry that can make great storytelling happen on fast forward. What it takes, and what we did, was to show Ralph Lauren the kind of process, talent and technology that would enable them to be first to market without ever compromising on quality – even in complex or adverse conditions.

The result

We developed an agile new way to work that was designed for the brand, their audience and the way they needed to work – introducing the ability to edit live as we shot and dramatically reducing the gap between a moment that happens and the story we tell about it.

The reaction has been a great reward for all the hard work – with excellent engagement across the Ralph Lauren social channels and a client who now trusts Knock Knock to deliver unmissable stories at unbelievable speed.
